i am a retired teacher, who left the matrionial home in August of 2022 because my spouse was coming home to self-quarantine, with the intention of returning home when the quarantine period was over. however i got a text from her saying that she never wanted to see or hear me ever again. i have not been living there since. now prior to that, there was no talk of divorce or separation. now she has filed for a divorce and is claiming that no property was acquired during the marriage. this is not true......a building was purchased which is used as a nursing home ....a van was also purchased during that time. am i entitled to any portion of these two items.
