Hello. Have a Samsung 55inch 4k smart tv. The screen has gone although you can still see the picture when you shine a torch at the screen. How much to repair please? Near Oistins but I can travel with it.

One large Ackee (Male) tree, leaning over adjacent property and house. Has grown to block out sunlight to other fruit bearing trees.

The freezer was wondering well but the cold air was not really coming over into the fridge
Easter weekend it was not getting cold and I discovered ice right down bthe back of the fridge, first time
I removed it and it started working well again except for the water in the roof
On Saturday same thing, freezer cold but not the fridge
Later in the evening I notice the items in the freezer were not frozen then the freezer stop getting cold as well

I have put together a word search puzzle book- approx.1oo puzzles which tells te story of the origins of our local Heroes Day. I was betweeen minds of doing partial self-publishingby baving the pages printed and where by I would bind them into books and offer for sale. So far the intended printer has everything in a limbo. I wanted tohave the book available in April to schools especially and in local Bookstores an eventually to the overseas market. If successful ihave other ideas some all ready prpeared others at the reseach stage which should be suitable for the local regional and international market.

New build concrete roof on steel frame building has serious leak in porch and water accumulation on roof during heaving rains. Roof water should drain into water reserve underground tanks so drainage issue there.

i am a retired teacher, who left the matrionial home in August of 2022 because my spouse was coming home to self-quarantine, with the intention of returning home when the quarantine period was over. however i got a text from her saying that she never wanted to see or hear me ever again. i have not been living there since. now prior to that, there was no talk of divorce or separation. now she has filed for a divorce and is claiming that no property was acquired during the marriage. this is not true......a building was purchased which is used as a nursing home ....a van was also purchased during that time. am i entitled to any portion of these two items.
